So...Let's get down to brass tacks! It's all about the dress, right? I have, from now on, deemed Friday's: "Frock Friday's!" I love an alliteration! I also love the girly nuptial get-ups that many girls dream about most of their young lives! Every Friday I will pull a few photo's of bridal finery from my bag of tricks. I urge you to vote. Yes! Vote on your favorite! I want to know and many brides who have a difficult dress decision to make want to know! The two featured here are by our own home town girl Amy Kuschel! She makes every effort to keep her carbon footprint at a minimum while keeping style and couture at a maximum. The dresses, while very different, offer a similar amount of allure and savvy. Her designs are never over the top and never boring either. And, bonus, each gown is handmade in San Francisco. Her team is great, too; cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly, never haughty or snooty or...well you now what I mean! Dress #1 is Poppy: I love this look. It's easy, it's fresh and entirely feminine. Dress #2 is Juniper: Simply exquisite. Sexy but comfortable with a sash creating a very tailored but un-stuffy silhouette. And, it's Organdy -- my all time favorite fabric!
Fresh Fashion - Poppy
Poppy's 1920's flapper-inspired sheath silhouette is achieved in asymmetrically layered Silk Satin Chiffon. A playful fly-away bodice overlay adds movement and elegance while a Silk Charmeuse waist sash pulls this sassy, romantic look together.
Tailored - Juniper
A Sophisticated, Contemporary Classic. Sheer Silk Organza is hand tucked and draped on Juniper's strapless bodice. The sash wrapped waistline and modern layered skirt add a unique architectural quality. Ribbon sash available in White, Ivory, Platinum, Honey, and Gold.

Thank you, Alexis!
