Woman Getting Married

I'm not sure about some bits of blog etiquette. For instance, I often see other blogs share information they found elsewhere. That seems pretty okay to me. But I don't often see blogs touting the merits of their competitors - I suppose for obvious reasons. 

Today, I throw caution to the wind! I love a blog called "Woman Getting Married." I mean really love it! She has clever ideas...Like feathered place card holders.

Her writing style is very readable and not stuffy or egotistical. She is approachable! The type of person you'd want to be friends with! E.g. "It sounds difficult, but I bet once you get in the swing of it, you’ll have 100+ done in no time (said by the girl who is allergic to crafts)." I love that she says she's allergic to crafts, especially in this "I'm a better crafter than anyone" wedding world! She's real and that's what makes her so amazing.


She is (and this is a huge bonus for me) hilarious! On today's post she dedicated a song to Gwyneth Paltrow by Peter Cetera "The Glory of Love" AND included the video. I was in stitches! 


To be fair, I haven't been this enthusiastic about a wedding blog since I found SMP in 2008!


She offers other amazing things on her site (which, by the way, is so pretty, so feminine and so professional). Things other people just don't offer. Like wedding venues by state. And the price breakdown of each spot. It's amazing. I wish it was around when I got married, it would have taken the guess work out of pretty much everything. 


It doesn't stop there. No! She continues with awesomeness and includes an "Easy Wedding Planning Guide!" It's no run of the mill vendor guide...included are "Unique Wedding Invitations," "Best Places to Register," and "Best Wedding Workouts!"


Woman Getting Married is a truly amazing website that any woman should visit. It is sure to delight!
