Alice in Wonderland!

Zarn at Alice in Weddingland is amazing. Somehow she finds these insanely wonderful vendors and posts them to her blog and every time I visit I am blown away. In the photos that follow, by the superhero of photographers Katherine Newman of Katherine Newman Photgraphy, you will see what I mean. These photo's aren't just about wedding scenery. No, they are also about other senses, taste the pocket watch, smell the flowers, feel the soul of the event. The experience of the senses are what separate a good photographer with an all out artist. I don't want to just look at pretty pictures I want to feel something. I'm going to Pin some of these for sure.

Katherine sees with an eye of femininity. This shoot is simple but full of interest and opulence.

 The above photo is my favorite. The imperfection on the flower makes it that much more real. It has a feeling of, well, the French would say, je ne sais quoi!
