Saffron and Plum...

You may not know but my day job is as a high school English/Art/Social Studies teacher. I have a student named Devan who has out of this world conceptual creativity! She has a very advanced creative process at a mere 16 years old. Her assignment was to create anything wedding. She had no real parameters and decided on a center piece. And Surprise inside the glass vase, instead of adding yet more florals, she included a pretty Betta Fish and a snail.

Kathryn over at Snippet and Ink has a #9 Color Board in Saffron and Plum. Ironically my post today is in Safffron and plum as well. What a coinkidink...Could it be I'm on the same page as the big boys (or girls in this case)? Goodness, I hope so!!
